The site worked fine for me for the most part, like I was able to get around and do what I needed without anything breaking or being confusing. The only thing I noticed was that a few of the menus took a bit longer to load on my phone. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, and I still managed to use the site normally, but there were a couple moments where I tapped a menu and then had to wait just long enough to wonder if it actually registered. So overall it was a decent experience, just maybe not perfectly smooth on mobile.

i mean, the parts showed up scratched and the packaging really wasn’t great. It didn’t feel like much care was taken to protect everything during shipping

i was disappointed with the whole experience. It ended up feeling like way more hassle than it should have been, and when I needed help, I didn’t really feel like I got much support. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for the price and the wait, I expected things to go a lot smoother. I don’t think I’d use thumperfab again

At first I was like, okay, maybe they’re just busy and I’ll get an answer soon. But nope, they just never answered my question at all, which got frustrating fast...

I don’t know if I just got unlucky or if the design is a bit off, but installing this was a hassle. The instructions didn’t make things very clear, and a few parts didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. In my opinion, it took way too much time and effort for something that should’ve been straightforward.

I expected at least a basic reply from customer service, but no one ever got back to me. I wasn’t looking for anything complicated, just some kind of acknowledgment would’ve been nice. Compared to what I thought the support experience would be, this was disappointing.

The parts looked good when they arrived, so no complaints there. That said, the shipping price was kind of crazy and made the whole order feel a little less worth it. I do wish they had some cheaper shipping options, but overall the items themselves seemed solid

I was trying to look up a few parts and the site just started wearing me down. The pages were loading slowly, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected. I kept clicking around through menus and then forgetting where I even was, which probably says something about the layout too. Checkout on my phone felt kind of clunky as well, and by that point I was already tired of messing with it. I ended up giving up before placing an order

I was trying to get this installed, but a few bolts were missing from the package, so I had to stop halfway through. Maybe I should’ve checked everything before starting, but I was in a hurry and just assumed it was all there. Kind of frustrating because it turned a simple install into an extra trip to the hardware store.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth the money. It feels solid and does what I needed it to do, so I’m happy with the purchase. That said, it’s not perfect, there are a couple of small things that could be better, but for the price, I can’t really complain too much.

They helped me quickly, which I appreciated, but the whole interaction kind of made me feel dismissed. It felt like they just wanted to move me along rather than really listen to what I was saying.

I spent way too long trying to figure out what would actually fit, and the product descriptions just didn’t give me enough to go on. They felt vague, and by the end I was mentally drained from guessing.

I haven’t had a ton of time to really dig into it yet, but so far it feels built solid. I was kind of rushing when I checked it out, and even then it gave me a good impression.

I tried ordering a few parts, but most of what I needed was either out of stock or just not available. After checking back a few times, I got tired of it. It’s frustrating when your rig is just sitting there waiting on parts, and I’m sure other customers have felt the same way.

Came with the box dented, so I was a little worried at first. Opened it up and the parts were fine though, so no real issue in the end

I ordered a specific kit from Thumper Fab and when it showed up, the parts wasn’t even matching what I paid for. I had to email them and then just wait around for it to get sorted out. Annoying especially when you was expecting the right stuff the first time.
